From A Grateful PCCA Mom

By Shelley Cassar, Patriot Mom

When our family made the decision to enroll our children at PCCA we knew that it was a choice that would have a positive and lasting effect on their lives. We assumed because the school met two days a week and the fact that we lived further away from the school, that we would be sacrificing relationships made at the school. We could not have been more wrong. The total opposite has been true. We have made wonderful relationships with teachers and parents that have had a positive and lasting effect on our lives as well.

As I was attending my child's class party for her teacher, I found myself overwhelmed with gratitude as I looked around the room at the teacher and Mother's who have so richly touched my life. They have shared their faith, their love for the Lord, their trials, their joys and their friendship with me. They have freely offered up a kind smile or gesture at just the right time. They have encouraged my children and shown them kindness and love. I am always encouraged by my interactions with these women.

When we first found Providence, we knew we had found the right school for our children but now we know it so much more than a school. It is a place that has encouraged and strengthend our faith, and a place where lasting friendships have been made.

With the school growing and another year quickly approaching we will have many new Mom's coming in. I am so excited for them because I know they are about to be welcomed into a wonderful community of Mom's and teachers that truly care about them.

I know I speak for many when I say thank you to all the Mom's, teachers and staff at Providence for being amazing encouragers!
